From routine senior wellness to a peaceful goodbye, every service is provided in the comfort of home, with gentle care at your pet's pace and thoughtful coordination with your family veterinarian.

How we help

Six kinds of care, one gentle promise

Wherever your pet is in their journey, we meet them with comfort, patience, and care shaped around who they are. Every service is provided from home and can grow or change alongside their needs.

TeleAdvice Program

Talk one-on-one with an experienced veterinary professional about changes you’re noticing, questions about quality of life, or what type of care may be appropriate next.

  • Talk through changes you’re seeing at home
  • Get guidance around quality of life and difficult decisions
  • Understand when an in-home veterinary visit may be appropriate
How it works

Start where you are

Whether you’d like to talk things through first or you’re ready for in-home care, we’ll help you find the right next step for your pet.

Ready for a veterinarian to come to you? Our doctors provide personalized veterinary care in the comfort of home, whether your pet needs a Quality of Life Consultation, palliative or hospice care, acupuncture, or a peaceful goodbye.

Choose the care you need

If you know which service is right for your pet, you can schedule directly. If you’re unsure, a Quality of Life Consultation is a good place to start.

We create the right plan

Depending on your pet’s needs, this may include palliative treatment, hospice support, acupuncture, diagnostics, ongoing Quality of Life monitoring, or other supportive care.

Here through every stage

As your pet’s needs change, we can adjust their care and continue to support your family—including providing peaceful in-home euthanasia when and if the time comes.
